中國社會科學(xué)院數(shù)量經(jīng)濟與技術(shù)經(jīng)濟研究所與社會科學(xué)文獻出版社2022年12月13日共同發(fā)布的《經(jīng)濟藍皮書:2023年中國經(jīng)濟形勢分析與預(yù)測》預(yù)計,2023年中國經(jīng)濟增長5.1%左右,呈現(xiàn)進一步復(fù)蘇態(tài)勢。具體到地方層面,24座萬億GDP城市中,2023年GDP增速目標,濟南是5.5%以上。除濟南GDP增速目標與上年持平外,其余5座城市2023年GDP增速目標較上年均有所下調(diào)。不過,復(fù)蘇仍是2023年經(jīng)濟的主旋律,相較于2022年GDP實際表現(xiàn),2023年的目標仍是樂觀的。數(shù)據(jù)顯示,從2022年地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值總量來看,濟南預(yù)計超過1.2萬億元。
